- Video Encoding: We use third-party services within the EEA (European Economic Area) and countries that provide adequate protection as determined by the European Commission to encode videos. They only access your video when an edit is requested and destroy their copies once the encoding is complete.
- Web Server Logs: We store logs that may include your IP address and browser details. These logs are rotated and deleted every 30 days.
- User Provided Information: This includes details you provide when creating an account or using our services. This information is deleted upon your request or when you terminate your account.
- IP Addresses: We store IP addresses for up to 30 days to prevent abuse.
- Transaction Data: If you make a purchase, we use Stripe to process your payment. Stripe collects and stores your payment information in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store your full payment details, such as credit card numbers, ourselves.
How We Use Your Information

- Google AdSense: We use Google AdSense to serve ads on our platform through the Limited Ads program. This means that while ads are shown, personal data is not collected for ad personalization unless you have opted in. Google AdSense does use cookies for basic ad-serving and fraud detection, but no personalized ads are shown unless consent is given. The data collected is subject to Google’s privacy policy, and we do not collect or use personal data for ad personalization unless explicitly opted in.
