When using ClipForge, the following types of content are strictly prohibited:
- Copyright Violations: Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Explicit content involving minors, which will result in a permanent ban and reporting to authorities.
- Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination, hatred, or violence.
- Harassment: Content intended to bully, threaten, or harm others.
- Graphic Violence: Unnecessarily graphic depictions of violence or gore.
- Sexually Explicit Content: Pornographic or similar explicit material.
- Malware or Exploits: Files containing malicious software.
- Personal Information: Sharing private information without consent.
- Spam or Misleading Content: Deceptive, irrelevant, or repetitive uploads.
Enforcement and Punishments
- Copyright Violations: First violation results in content removal and a warning. A second violation will lead to suspension, and a third will result in a permanent ban.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities.
- Hate Speech, Harassment, Graphic Violence: Severity-dependent actions ranging from content removal and suspension to a permanent ban.
- Sexually Explicit Content: Immediate removal of content.
- Malware or Exploits: Permanent ban and potential reporting to authorities.
- Personal Information Without Consent: Permanent ban.
- Spam or Misleading Content: Permanent ban.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that violates these Terms, you may report it through the following channels:

When reporting, please provide a detailed description, links, or screenshots of the violation. We will review and take appropriate action promptly.
DMCA Takedown Requests

- The URL or identifying details of the infringing material.
